Paul Litherland is a visual artist/performer, originally from Vancouver, now living in Montréal. His wide ranging explorations in photography and multimedia performances incorporate themes of role-playing, vulnerability, and describing a sense of awkward isolation. The work French Cloud is part of a project to determine whether or not clouds exhibit social behaviour. He has exhibited in national and international venues in Canada, USA, Mexico and India. Litherland’s work can be found in private and public collections such as the Canada Council Art Bank and the Musée du Québec.
